Yes. The cards can be used by families, couples, friends, classrooms, and social or group settings.

05 Do the cards come with a storage box or pouch?

Yes. The cards come packaged in a durable hard box for easy storage and long-term use.

06 How should I use the cards?

Simply pick a card and read the question aloud. Take turns answering, listen openly, and allow the conversation to flow naturally. There are no rules — the goal is honest discussion, connection, and reflection.

07 Are digital versions available?

No. These cards are intentionally physical to encourage people to step away from screens and engage in real-world conversations.

01 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify, including major credit and debit cards and other secure checkout options available in your region.

02 Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted and secure checkout system. We do not store or access your payment details.

03 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Order changes or cancellations depend on processing status. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist in line with Shopify’s order policies.

Yes, we ship internationally.

02 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your country and region. Exact charges are calculated and shown by Shopify before you finalise your payment.

03 How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location. On average, international orders take 7–10 working days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

04 What if my package is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please email us at admin@panjabipod.com and we’ll assist you.

05 What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at admin@panjabipod.com and we will help resolve the issue.

01 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 28 days from the date your order is dispatched. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the shrink wrap unopened to be eligible for a return. Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as refunds can only be processed once the return has been successfully delivered. If a return is lost in transit, the shipping provider must be contacted directly to arrange compensation.

Please note that returns sent after the 28-day period cannot be accepted, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

02 What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email admin@panjabipod.com with photos and we’ll resolve it promptly.

03 Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued as Shopify store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
